Enter Bay Area duo Rap Is A Joke. Frank Stacks and L-$ continue the tradition of taking stabs at the most ridiculous aspects of rap today. Self-described as “actual rappers doing comedy” as opposed to “comedians doing rap,” they showed their serious side on 2011s All Jokes Aside, but are returning to the style that got them noticed on 2009s Rap Is A Joke: Duh Mixtape.
